It is a very large and established company with many departments catering to different job skills and interests. From sales to management, IT to investments, clerical to execs, it has a large management force and even larger sales force. It also has the advantage of oversea experience in Singapore and else where.
Due to its age, certain issues may take longer to resolve. And unlike a younger company, it is less aggressive and innovative preferring status quo. While old styles may be time tested, business environment is changing continuously.
