Expect to be exploited Company that practices non-empathic, and micro managing. Bias Pay for your own psychiatrist. Prefer to have no family commitments employee Loosely managed strategy and company growth. Calculative managers and non-emphatic Ask employee to take MC for last few days of employment because there is no work for resigned employee. Many contract employees and outsourced from GELM and other outsourcing agency. Multiple systems for leave application, payslips etc., front end system, core system. Forever got system problem not willing to invest for new system. Core system just implemented where other companies already use for over two decades.
