-Incompetent (in other words, useless), micro-managing tyrants as bosses -Hawk eyed bosses who are so free they will monitor and critique your every move - Low entry barriers hence hiring of useless bosses -Low standards hence useless bosses are here to stay and farm till retirement, taking credit for the work of their underpaid slave subordinates - Low regard for human life -Unofficial Company policy that OT is a requirement -Free labour. Paid OT is just fluff on employment contracts, never executed in real life. Be prepared to offer your servitude. -Unofficial Company policy to do jobs out of your scope. If it affects your main duties, just OT more to make up for it. -Management will milk everything they can out of 1 staff and work you to the bone, perfect if you enjoy working 2 or 3 persons' worth of work, at the speed of the combined force of 5 persons.
