Good benefits especially for working parents. All the words are there for the culture - it needs some commitment to make the one pager a reality.
For a company that strives to deliver better everyday health with humanity, there often is none. Toxic behaviour from some leadership goes unchallenged. Constant change may be part of being an FMCG organisation but it doesn't mean you can't take people with you along the way. A "People just need to get used to it" attitude isn't exactly being human, is it.
