I joined Haleon at the point it was separating from GSK. We have a great opportunity to reinvent consumer healthcare and to think differently about the way that we approach Fast Moving Consumer Goods. Haleon has demonstrated clearly commitment to the people who are apart of it. Starting with a stick award to all employees on the day we become Haleon and extending to landmark policies such as 6 months paid time off for anyone who becomes a parent. For me this is a career defining opportunity and I look forward to helping to shape a company that really does want to make a difference.
The company is still establishing itself and I’m sure not all decisions taken will be correct - my experience however is that the leadership are committed to our purpose (for health with humanity) and are living by those values.

Haleon boasts impressive office facilities and competitive pay. From the outside, Haleon appears to be a thriving and successful organization. Its modern office space is equipped with the latest technology and amenities, making it an attractive option for job seekers. Additionally, the company offers competitive salaries and benefits, which can be a significant draw for those prioritizing financial stability.
Deficiencies in culture, work-life balance, mutual respect, and trust make it a challenging and unfulfilling place to work. Haleon struggles to foster a positive and inclusive work environment. The company culture is virtually nonexistent, with little emphasis on teamwork, camaraderie, or employee well-being. This lack of culture leads to a sense of isolation and disconnection among employees, making it difficult to build meaningful relationships or feel a sense of belonging. Furthermore, the company consistently prioritizes productivity and profit over employee well-being. The company demands long hours and unrealistic expectations, leading to burnout and exhaustion. The lack of work-life balance is staggering, with employees often expected to be available 24/7. This not only affects employees' mental and physical health but also leads to decreased job satisfaction and increased turnover. Perhaps most concerning, however, is the lack of mutual respect and trust within the organization. Management frequently disregards employee feedback and concerns, creating a power imbalance that fosters resentment and mistrust. This toxic dynamic permeates the entire organization, making it challenging for employees to feel valued, heard, or empowered.

Pros, good benefits, and you will meet some of the best people you’ve ever met here
Cons, Leadership is tanking this place. Very obvious they need to figure something out soon otherwise they will be gone very soon.
Anonymous employee
Work-life balance and development opportunities
Many changes in the organization and very new company
Associate brand manager
The company is very intentional about hiring people with strong morals and kindness.
Location is a bit out of reach
Good salary and bemefits that are comparanle to market competitors
Zero transparency in terms of internal communication.. Company is prone to ghost its own employees before letting them go. They will put you to build simple excel for a month and tell you that soon you will be allocated in some project and thats when they fire you. Leaders don't have a clear vision of future. Company undergoes some sort of restructuring every few months. Employess are always in the edge
Supply chain specialist
A company that opens space for you be yourself and propose improvement in every step you are.
I am not sure, but it is a common knowledge that other companies pay better than Haleon.
Senior ux researcher
Great people, no micro management, full autonomy and support to lead research
Office location is a bit far out and not easily commutable.
Manager
Good salary and benefits. Some really great people.
The company appears to have been practicing the technique of “quiet firing” throughout 2025 – making conditions so miserable for people that they leave on their own and forgo any severance or unemployment. Ex-employees have compiled a list of dozens of victims of this practice. At the same time staff is being aggressively reduced, management is expecting more and more productivity, efficiency, and innovation out of the remaining staff. The culture is toxic and gets worse by the month.
