- Management dk what they are doing - Implementing new policy without properly understanding it - Push down policy to executives because that's "the way to do things" - LT have unreasonable plans and tends to shut people down when voices are heard - Yes, Management doesn't appreciate a different tone - Prefer "Yes-man" employee, so if you're an overachiever / have inquisitive personality, this might not be a good place - Prefer cultural "harmony" than "efficiency" - Too many unnecessary meetings - LT tends to avoid question that makes them looks bad during an open Q&A session. (Even if it relates to fundamental process that hinders the whole company's growth)
