The management in Bangalore leads with insecurity and apathy. The operations have started to resemble what we commonly call a Lala company. Too much politics and favouritism. Tenured people treat the place as their monopoly.

Little onboarding and no formal onboarding process or guidelines
Amazing, work/office flexibility. The business has strong growth opportunities, innovation idea's which brings career development. I like that the company has a strong focus on employees, with good health and wellbeing programs, additional leave- wellness days and reward and recognition for going above and beyond.
Better systems and tech initiatives for the business to be considered. We do at times work in silos across some of the functions. It would be great to be able to be aware and to share some of the great work that is being done globally and locally.
