Iconic brands. Great worker bees; smart, kind, & respectful. Gracious parental leave. Strong health & wellness benefits.
US leadership teams speak disrespectfully to their teams-limited psychological safety. Employees operate in fear of their manager’s wrath/mood. Little trust due to the pressure to meet unrealistic stakeholder-driven goals. Performance is the highlight of the “culture” in this new era. Employees who supported leadership pitches for squiggly career have been burned with leadership changes-downgraded or stuck in roles. If you push back or need to change course, no one wants to hear it and says to stay the course, then blames you when things don’t come through.
The company benefits are great. Healthcare and retirement benefits are outstanding
The “leaders” running the site and regional operations are unprofessional and somewhat inept. There’s a definite clique there that is isolating themselves, ensuring that the rest of the employees are blamed for shortcomings
Territory sales executive
-It is one of the best company to work with. -Management is very cooperative. -You are always heard here no matter what your position is. - Work Culture is extremely nice. - I always enjoy being with the team and everyone is very supportive . As a sales professional on field safety is also being provided by the company.
As it is just formed, everything is taking place according to the time, things are getting better but needs more accuracy in everything.

Management promotes work / life balance
Low raises year over year, no matter your performance. Mandated low and high performer for each area, although there are processes in place to deal with true low performers…does not align with the culture they claim to have.

Great people to work with who are driven and genuinely passionate about making a difference. Nice London location and flexible work culture. A purposeful company wanting to make Drive change.
Not many things to mention here. Things have been positive in my experience.
