While the company is growing, it is not yet the biggest brand in the industry.

Hardly to find. The only thing is the people around who is also understanding that it was a huge mistake to be here during and after separation with GSK.
No work life balance at all. Absolutely chaos after separation with GSK. Leadership team only can tell what to do, but not how to do. Main issue with low level salary, and because of this good experts left the company. Very sad situation.

None, this place is terrible
This is the most toxic environment I've ever worked in. There is so much bullying going on from team leads I believe it to be actionable. The company doesn't care about the "community " or its employees or its customers for that matter. They are just looking for the cheapest way do do things and are cutting important quality just to save money. At the same time they drive their workers into the ground. No amount of money makes it worth working here.

No body will support you and team mates put everything on your head if any mistake even if they are also part of that. Manager will listen only from one side conversation.

Management seems to flip flop approaches to delivery. Very dependent on contract workers but corporate values don’t extend to them. Too much around diversity and too little about the organisation and how we are succeeding in things like security. Nepotism is rife
