Nice people overall, good in office perks, decent benefits.
It's all smoke and mirrors. It's all about self-promotion, not doing good work for their clients. Same people get promoted every year at executive level, then they pop champagne to celebrate in the face of employees who actually do the work.
Culture is ok people good
