Good office location, good work space.
An incredibly inappropriate office culture, where bullying, belittling and gossip are not only common, but encouraged and rewarded. Junior staff are pitted against one another by higher ups, competing for promises and rewards that senior management never follow up on. The environment encourages cliques and senior staff facilitate this and thrive on control and power. Common practice to be shamed not only via email, but in person in front of the entire office when a mistake is made. Witnessed senior-level executives and entry-level staff engaging in conversations about personal matters that should not be brought in to the workplace, nor shared between employers and employees. Astronomical turnover rate, which leaves employees swamped and saddled with unmanageable work loads. Disorganization in finance has employees going for months without being compensated for large sums of money they had to put on their personal credit cards for work expenses. Overall unhealthy environment to work in and has many walking away with incredibly low self-esteem.

Lots of interesting stuff to work on
Completely servicing lead agency, so most individuals work for the client, not really to cater to or deliver one unified creative campaign.

Great place to learn. The team is awesome. Great visibility in the industry.
