Quite difficult to find parking
Nothing Nothing Nothing Nothing Nothing
Bad management, tech team and everything
Great place, easy accessible, MRT
Feels like a bunch of kids running the business.. nothing to learn other than the flexibility here.
- great colleagues, with experienced manager. But everyone in the team has left, so that is no longer a pro - the tagline of the company, the vision (on its own, without any context) but all that is in the past and no longer relevant (IMHO)
- too many changes, many reiterations of team direction to reach the 'unrealistic' goal of the company. (By unrealistic I meant by looking at the current capacity, skillset of employees, the existing challenges of the products etc vs what the company wants to achieve. It wasn't like an achievable stretch; it was a looong shot to achieve) - politics, 'cliques' for an SME sized startup is quite bad and there isn't any check and balances in between the teams - generally, a lot more fresh and young employees because it's easy to attract them into the company, personally I didn't think it was a healthy balance/ratio of experienced staff and interns/fresh graduates (emotional maturity, skillsets required to tackle complex challenges and work requirements) - obvious but not outright bias'ness, if you're mixing with certain groups then you're in some sense safe and in good eyes, but if you mix with other groups and you are seen as a 'trouble-maker'
remote working, nice finance team
biased, favouritism, not considering ground level pain point
- Supportive team - Steep learning curve
- Target may be slightly pressuring
Flexibility to perform your own work
No proper structure when it comes to making company decisions
Truly enjoyed working there, great culture, supportive upper
Lack in technical growth and upskill
- high annual leave - good culture, all the sales leads are very willing to guide. - direct exposure to CEO as he is the sales director at the moment. - very fast pace culture and good for people who likes to challange themselve to be better.
- as the company is still in innovation mode, sometimes there will be changes in product focus, packages etc. Need to be adaptable to these sort of environment
Some colleagues that are nice and welcoming
Favouritism and unfairness mainly because of personal intimate relationship between upper management and subordinate in the headhunting business. Promotions are not followed by sales target. Burnt out culture
