If you work for a large vendor or in general sales, you can make decent money (by Buffalo standards) The team culture can be fun IF you’re on a good team. Clear direction on 401K, benefits, FMLA, PFL, etc Great friendships to be made. Many opportunities to give back to the community. Decent onboarding and learning & development roadmaps. A good leadership team can make all the difference. Generally, a stable job if you get your work done. It’s a great place to get a ton of experience. If you spend a year in your position and it’s not a fit, you can move to an entirely different team/BU/vendor. Many different jobs offered under one roof.
Adamant on bringing people back in the office rather than offering full remote options. This is the #1 reason why people are leaving. Short staffing is burning people out, mandatory Saturday overtime for some BUs. HR is there to protect the company, not the associates Political - Favoritism is ever present. You have to play the game to get any acknowledgment for work put in. Don’t even think about winning Prez club if you’re not in somebody’s back pocket. Too many meetings for the sake of having meetings. Too much busy work and “check the box” activities to give management something to do. Pay is low compared to what the rest of the industry offers. Yearly merit increase (if given at all) is barely enough to cover inflation. Many departments have an antiquated call center mentality - many positions are tied to a minimum daily outcall metric, regardless of how many emails you send or projects you work on. Calls are recorded. Management listens to them and sends them back to you with their “coaching notes” Corporate double-speak. Exec leadership disconnected from employee experience.

New vertical gives good exposure and MNC culture is well established here
Being MNC the hierarchy is bit complicated and growth process is slow
Anonymous employee
Good environment, promote within, growth
Not as flexible with work schedule
Corporate receptionist
Amazing company - great people
Rigid schedule, initially very little support to get the job done (it was a figure it out as I do it kind of thing)
