Can't think of a downside.

Unwanted and forced transfers to different teams that do not match your skills or career path. Feeling demoted after being moved from QA to an associate-level role you did not apply for. Loss of night differential pay after being moved to day shift, affecting your income. Internal politics High expectation for accuracy but low recognition or appreciation. Emotional toll from feeling pushed out, undervalued, and unsupported despite years of service.

No chance for growth if you work in warehouse

nothing much to learn difficult to progress flat hierarchy & managers are there for donkey years already annual increment can be pathetic

not good for sales money driven people pay, lay offs, sales reporting

Spineless senior management. No vision

There is no work life balance

poor management. low pay for employee. peers play by ranking. senior always bullied junior staff.

Mid to low pay. But develops its employees with experience and training

Not sufficient pay, work life balance not there

Ambitious people are seen as toxic because they challenge the status quo. Middle management is mostly apathetic workers who failed in another career

No growth/ very slow growth

Promotions and raises are slow. If you commit 10-15 years you can make a decent living but everything is truly vendor dependent. Some vendors are extremely hard to work for. Truly take the time to understand why a position is available and who you are working with. The turnover rate is shockingly high. I did not expect that from a fortune 500 company.

As it is a large company, change can be quite slow.

No retirement benefits and far from my home place

Poor leadership, work life balance is terrible, reliance on old mainframe. Pay is good but work hours are terrible.

Many redundencies, they hire and fire within few years

Lack of areas for improvement, big processes broken down to repeatable tasks for easily replaceable people

Depending on the position, it may be very repetitive work. Training is terrible. No one knows what Ingram micro is until a few months into the jobs because every vendor is very different. Its like 100 plus of different companies working under one building.

Not much increment, no opportunity for outside country application
