offers a lot of great opportunities and a supportive environment, one area that could use improvement is internal communication. There are times when important updates or changes are not communicated as effectively as they could be, leading to confusion or delays in project execution. Enhancing communication channels and ensuring that information flows more smoothly across departments would make a significant difference in overall efficiency and employee satisfaction.

1.Worst management since it is being ruled by HRs. 2.Most of the times HR lead will roam entire office and watch everyone like CCTV 3.Most of the Managers does too much micro management. 4.Even your personal acitivities like Going hometown, going on vacation, taking leave,etc will effect the task/Project you are going to get. 5.You will assigned with work only if your manager finds you too much dedicated and working late and on weekends as well. 6.No basic facilities and no proper Hygeine in the chennai office. 7.Day by day this place is becoming creepy 8.Most of the Data projects are outsourced to some service based companies, So we can't get a chance to be involved in the development. 9.You could mostly get monitoring, support tasks and small Enhancements if you are lucky enough.

No Leadership at branch level, monotonous job with no motivation to work.

New management especially an outside seem to not trust and undermine the current talents

No training for workers development .

As usual on big corporations, very rigid controls that sometimes hamper operations.

very hi turn over micromanaged no paid long hours no life and work balance cheap bonus and almost everything else ....

lots of workloads which triggers mental health problems
