I really don't have any cons. I left before they went public (2024). From what was said, is that they did not offer the employees stock options. That would be a big con for me if I worked there.

Salary may be in mid level compare to others

I applied 2017 and I was a fresh grad that time. Without any experience, 19,500php offer as starting is really not that bad. I also get so many bonuses through events the partner vendor offers us. Sometimes, my bonus is bigger than my actual salary. Because aside from being tech support, we are also connected with sales. Therefore, upselling products not only helps the partner vendor but also motivates us to study more about their products and apply to the design of every client's request.
