Low salaries, subtle favoritism, slow career progression

They pay less salary compared to other companies to the freshers, but that should be fine because they train freshers and provide mentorship

No growth as an engineer unless it is personal

Horrible place to work in once they pick on you. Managers gang up on you and make your life hell. Management only focuses on bad feedback never a positive one. I will recommend get experience and run. Unrealistic workload.

Salary is less. Extension of work from home opportunity was not provided at the time when I was working. Company was located very far from my residence. The daily traveling took a toll on my health.

They recently stopped the morning shift cab services. hence, the morning shift department has to come in general shift.

Pay scale is less and lots of partiality. We dont get paid for the work we do and they pay may be sometimes less that junior levels. They do not follow a hierarchy in pay scale

I haven't had too many cons other that corporate BS when it comes to promoting. "Can only promote 2 people per year, don't have it in the budget" etc.

Terrible at profit sharing. They posted major growth in 2022-2023 and didn't hand out bonuses
