Work life balance, invest in training, supports personal development, people centric management.
Low salaries, subtle favoritism, slow career progression
Clinical data coordinator
Work Life Balance is great
They pay less salary compared to other companies to the freshers, but that should be fine because they train freshers and provide mentorship
Software engineer
Good Work life balance with great leave schedules
No growth as an engineer unless it is personal

Ok work life balance, and good learning ground.
Horrible place to work in once they pick on you. Managers gang up on you and make your life hell. Management only focuses on bad feedback never a positive one. I will recommend get experience and run. Unrealistic workload.

You stay long enough, you realise - all that glitters isn't gold!
Toxic network, 'FAMILY' concept for degrading your moral, no hikes, no recognition
Director
Ability to work remote. Unlimited time-off.
Merits continue to be 1 - 2% even though the company is making their numbers. Significant push to offshore American worker jobs, which adds to the stress of knowing whether we are ultimately going to have more layoffs.

Dynamic and young team of very hardworking medics. I learnt more about drug safety and many more technical skills at IQVIA than I have anywhere else.

Competitive environment where you are able to learn enormously and absorb pharmaceutical strategy acumen, consulting frameworks and different work groups styles
The pressure to achieve high returns on project objectives often results in limited staffing on some projects, while others have too many people assigned. This imbalance can lead to burnout and make it challenging for individuals to maintain a balanced life.

Good leave plan which allowed by Iqvia
Low hikes Double standards Won't allow leaves to be taken No transparency
Statistical programmer 2
One of the draws to IQVIA was their commitment to work life balance. They held true to that, and I never felt like I NEEDED to work late. There were times where I would work late, but that's because I wanted to get things done. I was never asked or forced to work outside my normal hours which was not the case at previous companies.
I haven't had too many cons other that corporate BS when it comes to promoting. "Can only promote 2 people per year, don't have it in the budget" etc.
Associate scientist
Huge company with great networks
Terrible at profit sharing. They posted major growth in 2022-2023 and didn't hand out bonuses
