The company is very flexible with work from home arrangements. Lots of opportunity to move up or to move laterally at the company.
Like any large company, it can be easy to get lost in the shuffle.
Good exposure to client and different set of projects.
Not observed anything in my 2 years of experience here
Senior principal consultant
Freedom to work from home. Otherwise not much else
Overall a lot of issues with data quality and very poor leadership. Also, ethical issues at the executive and senior leadership level that has trickled down the organization particularly in the regions. The focus on gross profit and EBITDA has made it a miserable place to work.
Senior software engineer
No pros observed during my tenure
Hired for a role, upon joining there was change in management. Within an year I observed multiple organisational changes, layoffs and was finally laid off after one year. They don't have the right budgets for software development, they don't have the right goals. Also, variable payout in their offer letter is a scam.

Work life balance is good for certain people Some people are nice Interesting industry
First of all, no two people could have the same experience at IQVIA, and every group, every BU, every team is so different so any reviews have to have that in mind. One thing that spans across all groups and BUs is the level of ego -- everyone is so focused on their titles, which are often meaningless. This culture drives an undercurrent of stupid politics and cut-throatness that is really debilitating to anyone not willing to do anything to play the game. Any mistake you make is going to be magnified and inspected 100-fold, while any accomplishment you have will have the bare minimum, if that, recognition. Bonuses and raises are a literal joke, and unless you know whose ego to stroke, you can forget promotions (certain jobs have no career track either, so if you are unlucky landing that type of role, good luck trying to build momentum in your career). Many of the SLs and directors have little to no people management skills so forget about career fostering. There's also always a fear of layoffs or major changes in departments that happen every six months to a year so if you are focused on building a career, you have to get used to FREQUENT change with little to no understanding how each change will affect your specific role.
Good work life balance at all levels
Pay is low and do not offer good pay increases for current employes.
Senior medical safety advisor
Leave policy, wfh policy, office space
Toxic politics, really poor management, all sweet talk. Please get to know ur team management before joining
Great work culture, ample avenues for career growth and internal job transfers
Major team located in Bengaluru. Limited direct interaction with them
Sales manager
Decent place to land for sales people laid off by real companies in Pharma and Biotech.
-Very partial company as they appear to retain white managers and not minorities. -The contracts can be canceled at any with without cause. -The salaries and bonuses are based on the contract and not the skill and experience of the sales people.
Site contracts specialist
Good work life balance and career growth opportunities
Less hike and bonus in the last two years
Safety specialist
Some managers are helpful and very responsive and supportive.
No opportunities to grow. Some managers consistently add more of a workload without increasing merit or compensation. Job titles of employees do not match the work actually being performed. Management expects the team to work over time and is not respectful of work-life balance.
