Inflation has given me an effective 15% pay cut since hiring date, no investment in advancement internally. Promotions require work specifically outside of your current job description, and even opportunities for this additional work aren't guaranteed.

Poor work-life balance (highly dependent on the manager), with toxic management and a retaliatory culture. Concerns are met with false support, but later lead to retaliation through excessive workload and snide remarks, all enabled by higher management.

work life balance is great

Been here 2 years and 3 months and every request for just a basic cost of living raise has been denied. I literally still make what I was making the day I started, while inflation has experienced record highs. It is quite obvious that they see no point in giving raises as when employees quit over no raises, they simply higher a new body to replace them at the same wage.

Awful managers, all have favorites, They are surprisingly unprofessional and despite corporate training there is rampant sexism. commission structure is a secret so you never know what you are getting, but it is far less than the industry standard.

Seniors are from very long years they don't let you grow, they target u from day 1
