Projects & workflow is decreasing now a days

I do not see any cons, I enjoyed working there

no raises in salary, almost no promotions

Projects not that good for development career.

Salary offer is not as high as the other companies but still competitive in the industry.

None to mention at the moment

Not much There are politics

pushy sometimes, really depend on the project. different staffing than other consulting firms.

No onboarding at all, no handovers, many teams cannot wait to dump their task on you and just ghost you. Work life balance is non-existent and you're easily working 12 hours with expectation this is a normality

If you want to stay for long term, it is on your risk as they have fired lots of people due to budget issue as there were no work on that project
