No actual clinical work, it's a desk job in which you speak to patients on the phone and virtually. Can make adjustments to your schedule as needed.
Pay. It's great if you know your schedule, but not when you need to call out for emergencies as you are responsible for your patients. You may have to work evenings and weekends. You can only get your bonus if you meet your KPIs. Corporate atmosphere.
