The colleagues of the team are so nice

Heavy workload and required to meet expectations

Given how company growth is structured, it's had for different teams to collaborate, which sometimes means that different groups are facing similar problems but do not work together for a common solution.

You will perform the same tasks everyday if you stay on the same team.

Most of workforce here is of legacy employees so you can expect old culture similar to that of a government job and politics based on region might be prevalant.

Unclear Job description, Favoritism, Unhelpful HR policies, lack of managerial skills or leadership. No interest in providing KTs.

For the load of work the paid is weak

pushy sometimes, really depend on the project. different staffing than other consulting firms.

No onboarding at all, no handovers, many teams cannot wait to dump their task on you and just ghost you. Work life balance is non-existent and you're easily working 12 hours with expectation this is a normality

If you want to stay for long term, it is on your risk as they have fired lots of people due to budget issue as there were no work on that project
