they should also get the feedback from staff as well.

-awful work/life balance -expected to answer calls at all hours -sink or swim culture, bogus trainings -jump when asked (don't ask how high, just jump) -management has open doors to listen but won't act upon anything because they're dealing with all the day to day chaos -too political, more promotions happen out of connections rather than performance and merit

There is always work to do, the customer comes first so work life balance can be challenging. But this is not driven by mgmt. This is a individual choice.
