Unorganized structure, outdated tools, work can be demanding, need a cleaner work environment, low salary

Doesn’t pay well Internal combustion engine is a declining sunset industry. Other business sector is ok in JM though.

Loud, poor communication, messy on the production lines. Many union operators are a pain to work with. They are always trying to get away with doing the bare minimum and get very angry if they feel the production lines are running too fast. They can get spiteful and start damaging parts which makes the engineer on the line look bad.

Not many career development opportunities.

In India UK management do not have much role. Because of tiny size, growth opportunists lacks here here. Internal transfers within India are not feasible. Although it is a MNC but in India it works like local company. Employees do not get much knowledge about global business of company.
