Staff are knowledgeable and is a great place to learn. There are opportunities to widen experience but these must be seeked-out. Overall it was a good stepping stone in my career. The JM values are lived, they are not just there for marketing purposes. Benefits (pension, health cover and share scheme)
Best assets are the people but they will leave very quickly when they learn they can be paid significantly more outside. JM use a global grading system that is unfair and not transparent to those it is suppose to help. Benefits no longer make up for low pay.
