Good money paid weekly. Good Overall

Chill environment Pay is good(not if ur a janitor though) Lots of overtime Friendly coworkers (at times) Can carry over off days, get 2 floating holidays yearly Has a union Mixing pot of people

There are always job openings because people either quit or get fired. Health care benefits are ok. Don't take a job here if your looking for a comfortable place to work.
Too many initiatives. Used to be a great family feel. New CEO wants all the old employees out. Very stressful environment. Culture is terrible. Really sad to see it go downhill so quickly.
