during interview , Brand leader already mention whats benefit that i get and salary commission , allowance . so i working for 3 month n i achieve over my kpi n here brand officer just do marketing n invitation not need do sales or closing sales n get promoted to Permenant brand officer , got alot benefit when working , i also get gold bar 1g from company if achieve target kpi invitation and marketing and now 2024 i got promoted to Brand Leader . so totally happy with company got join alot events take picture 1 to 1 with artis sean lee, diana dianelle, farid kamil, misha . Alhamdulilah

Cons

Sometimes got little bit stress need to achieve target kpi but its okay because in here always share positive line . my boss chinese but tahu maksud kebaikan2 surah alquran .

Have a lots of benefits, can improve in terms of communication skills and all. Good for any housewives who doesn't have anything to do to work here. Remote working with a benefit that you can learn mandarin too.

Cons

No work life balance, you will be getting confused the work life and your private life. High pressure + in your probation you salary is sales only. Best believe that your time in that is very consumption, prepared for mentality since they kinda almost encourage toxic positive. The toxic positive is huge that can eat you later so takes a lot of thinking to work here.

Got to know many new connections from outside Indonesia, the whole team is helpful. The salary is better, and the work environment is fun and enjoyable. There are career advancement opportunities and quick promotions for good performance. Rewards or bonuses are also given for excellent work.

The workload is quite heavy almost every day, There are also many meetings almost every day.
