Pros

0 Cons - Best toxic place! If you’re looking for a masterclass in favoritism, micromanagement, and gaslighting, congratulations — you’ve found the right place. This company is basically a playground for boomers who think manipulation is leadership. Promotions? Forget about hard work — only the lickers and pets of management get to climb up. HR? Don’t expect them to protect your rights. Their only job is to kiss management’s $$$ and leak your personal info straight to their favorite toxic coworkers. Privacy doesn’t exist here. 99.9% of the so-called “leaders” are nothing but fake, manipulative puppets trained to squeeze every ounce of life out of you. Salary? Lower than the underground. Work-life balance? Non-existent. They’ll invade your personal life and drain you until you’ve got nothing left. This isn’t just a bad workplace, it’s a full-blown nightmare factory. Enter at your own risk — once you’re in, you’ll realize survival means either becoming a bootlicker or getting crushed.

Cons

Wow, where do I even begin? This company is truly one of a kind. You’ll never find a place so dedicated to favoritism, micromanagement, and gaslighting — it’s practically an art form here. Career Growth? Only if you master the noble art of licking. Hard work and talent are so overrated anyway. Leadership? Absolute legends. 99.9% of them are experts at faking it, and they’ve all been specially trained to manipulate you into thinking it’s your fault. Inspiring stuff! HR? The best in the business. They don’t waste time protecting staff — instead, they focus on what really matters: kissing $$$ and spreading your personal info to their favorite toxic coworkers. Such efficiency! Work-life balance? Who needs a personal life when you can dedicate your soul to a company that squeezes you dry? Truly the dream. Salary? So generous… if you compare it to underground labor wages. Honestly, this place is a nightmare dressed up as a job, but hey — if you’ve ever wanted to experience psychological warfare while being underpaid, look no further. Zero cons. 10/10 toxic. Would not recommend (unless you’re into suffering).

Pros

- work from home option - Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm, Saturday 9 am to 1 pm - energetic team members, willing to teach everyone - Everyone participates in the work - able to create own income since the salary is based on sales achieved every month - based on commission, if do sales, you will get the salary

Cons

- It is hard to get RM600 commission as they have a system that we need to achieve in order to get at least RM600 for 1 month - no basic salary, however, if manage to achieve the target, will be able to get a basic 1.5k - salary not worth with job time, work full time but only get RM600 if lucky - cheap marketing, need to prepare mentally if get harassed on social media

Pros

• Friendly • Learn mandarin • Learn how to gaslight & scam people

Cons

• Toxic team leaders • They teach you how to scam people by using your own social media accounts • They brag about how many sales you close for a day • No work-lif balance • Micromanage you without you realizing it • Work monday till friday but it seems like Monday till Sunday • Everyday got meeting from 10am - 6pm • Every friday dancing and learning mandarin words AND ikrar (for iphone 17) • Mental health destroyed

Pros

Work from home, save money but not time. Positive environment.

Cons

Positive is all good until it becomes “toxic positivity and manipulative”. When I first interviewed by the team leader, it is stated that I will have a basic salary. But the person did not explain it thoroughly. I asked many times if I will be getting the basic and the person said yes. Too many hidden words and manipulative. It is stated the work is flexible but apprently you will need to be on Zoom for 8 hours from Monday to Saturday(half - day). Even after working hours they will ask you to do marketing and will guilt trip you if you dont do it. Its a modern day cheap labour! Regulations are often changed but no black and white/ notice via email. Use it through mouth and slides that belongs to the upper management.

Pros

The jobscope ain't that hard, all u have to do is promote the company thru social media and help potential students into joining mandarin classes. The lack of basic salary is understandable, as I've had experience working in similar fields for years even before joining this company. And they legitimately teach mandarin so this place isn't a scam. But these pros also apply if ur a self-employed tbh, not rly have to do with the company itself. I do think it's much easier to work here as a part-timer aka BA, less stress and expectations, and u don't have to directly deal with the management. Don't even need to join zoom meetings so ig there's credit where it's due. It's the true flexible work as promised by the company itself. I am staying mainly bcs I do geniunely enjoy the job, whenever someone thanked me for helping them to learn mandarin, it never failed to send butterflies in me. Not to mention it's rly easy to do alongside my main job. TLDR; I would recommend this job if: - ur looking for an easy side income simply via ur phone - u love helping others to learn mandarin - u wanna try delving into social media content creation and building ur personal branding from scratch - u don't mind not meeting fast and sustainable earnings at first Definitely not the best company I've worked in, though.

Cons

My actual qualms with the company lies on the management: lack of transparency and professionalism, setting very high monthly target and expectations even on the NBOs who don't have basic salary, can come up with new rules outta nowhere and immediately impose it without warning. There's no official documentation abt the rules so it's very sketchy at its finest. Not to mention, the general lack of respect toward the employees by the higher-ups (they'll think ur "lazy" if u don't meet their expectations), they even encourage the employees to compete with each other as if we're partaking in a constant race. They will shower those who managed to achieve high sales or attends with praises, even treating them like celebrities by bringing them to attention during every zoom meeting... which many other companies don't even do. Sometimes I'm wondering if it's gonna worth the extranuous time and effort for very little rewards, and I heard the flat rate for the PBOs' salaries isn't that great either. Also LOL to the 5 star reviews by mostly the higher ups xD "Advice to future applicants"... rly bruh? I thought this site is for evaluating companies, not employees? LMAO. And the condescending manner in each of their review is sending me
