Luxoft/DXC is renowned for its commitment to employee welfare and transparent policies. The organization boasts a supportive HR department, ample growth opportunities, and a culture that promotes personal and professional development. Functional managers provide guidance and liaise effectively with project managers on the client side, ensuring seamless project delivery. This enriching environment facilitates effortless work-life balance, making each day a pleasure to work. Work Policy: 2 days/week from office
Limited Remote Work: The policy of only 2 days per week from the office might not suit those looking for fully remote opportunities. Desk Job Constraints: Being primarily a desk job might not appeal to those seeking more dynamic or field-oriented roles.

It's a big company with bunch of projects and domains. You have good space to grow horizontally and vertically. Most things that I like here are: good work and life balance, good location, good salaries and most important no any agizm!!!!
again.. location can be not so comfortable, depending where do you live in Kyiv. Bench is paid only 2 months. Then you are on your own. Also, everything depends on a project and PM you have been hired. as in all big 4 IT companies in Ukraine, there are horrable projects. Mostly these are from banking domains.
