- Gives hiring opportunity where other compamies would not - Senior developers are very nice and kind people. Remote from home is very flexible.
Salary was not increased since being hired, even if the yearly review was "above good". Yearly review was postponed to 1 year and 6 months after hiring (probably to postpone salary increases)
