In case of any personal issue with the manager no one will protect the employee. My manager lied and manipulated and told the customer it was my decision to leave the company

Not the best qualified colleagues

no benefit, no bonus, no any extra

No hike No job security

Put me on notice period for no reason and then asked to leave company stating that there is no project/ budget cuts I worked for 3 years and never increased salary No career growth

Boring A lot of restrictions small salary
