Girls are very less and insecure.

- No job security, you can fired anytime without given you any sign, you are always in danger even though if you are really good. I know they fired some people who is working there more than 8 years. - Minimum minimum minimum salary. - No salary increase, they make great revenue but no salary increase, don't even ask it. - No health insurance for your family (they cut that benefit). - Client is everything for them, managers will never defend you they will always defend the client. - Management is poor, some of managers have lack of knowledge about how to manage people. - There is no project on the bench, don't believe what you see on bench, %90 of them fake. - If you are on bench don't wait, look for another job right away. - There is no any benefit only you get your salary - Don't trust their job ads on linkedin, they just keep posting fake job ads there.

Lack of transparency and communication from management. No salary progression or additional benefits. Misalignment between contract terms and actual work conditions.

The salary increase is very low

Low salary. No career opportunities. No benefits. Expensive insurance plans. In Irvine you will work in CG as contractor. So legacy tech stack, boring projects. After years of working as a CG contractor through Luxoft, your expertise level may significantly decline.

Seems too good to be true; no information to investigate to see if the job is legit or real.

No annual salary hike and no communication regarding how is company performing and how are we growing

Not defined career path so its difficult to get a promotion

A lot of bureaucracy during hiring

Mostly stayed on bench for the employment period, Couldn't find a project in 3 months period. They became transparent about this only in the last month before probation would have ended.

not always possible to find new project once previous is finished

The performance reviews are of no used as it won't be considered at all and you won't be getting any appraisal after year of hard work and performance.

It was my second come in to company. My first work period finished when company couldn't find a project by my skills and rate.

Often have to work overtime due to heavy workload on the project.

Your success depends on the client you get allocated to. You will get fired as soon as the project is finished and they are not making money on you The pay is not brilliant but average New projects not coming up and market is slow
