Nothing, i had a great time working for the company

Could not find any cons

Remuneration based on experience not performance

No hikes and no special benefits

- No salary increase despite exceeding expectations. Evaluation done for show. No bonuses. Empty promises by management on salary hikes. - No proper employee career progression system in place. - Bodyshop - No sense of belonging - Not much DEI: Majority of them are from the same country

The only problem is lack of internal opportunities, If there were any I would still be with Luxoft. My guess is Since the DXC merger is going to be complete the internal opportunities will increase.

Old projects with old technologies

Higher management lied to me that they will offer role in overseas company as I was about to move abroad after 6 months. And then while moving they asked me to resign.

Racism in polish branches. Big company with corresponding drawbacks. 0 company culture or care about others.

The salary part, must be adjusted

Compensation growth could be better compared to market standards

Limited career advancement opportunities and occasional challenges with project management and communication

Acquisition with DXC made a lot of complexity in the processes and organisation of work in general.

No hikes since 2 years.

No way to grow, Too routine

Lack of Projects may lead to termination.

- make sure you negociate the best salary you're able to that can keep you motivated, because there are no so much often salary increases (the last one was 2 yrs ago) - depends a lot on the project, but the management is sometimes toxic - upper management has big issues, requirements for the upcoming projects are most of the times unclear - upper management is not technical and sometimes they do not understand the complexity of the project and think that 9 pregnant women can deliver a baby in 1 month - depending on the project, the management (even ur teamlead) doesnt trust the engineers and try to micromanage - benefits are not wow either, no sports benefit - no stocks

project based. As long as you have a project, you are safe. When there is no project, unfortunatley you have to go. So there is an element of uncertaninty always.

They use made up negative performance reviews to coerce people to resign since they don't have projects and the bench is full (at least on the automotive side where I worked).

Some detailed focused shall be placed in trinings and educational programms

promises about pay are not fulfilled. There are no raises, only additional work. People work unpaid overtime just to keep the project going

Something went wrong after DXC came.

If one project get over immediately send you 3 month notice period . Even with your knowledge .

As this is an outsourcing company, you can be laid off at any time if the client decides not to extend the contract.

If you already have a job, don't change your company to Luxoft. They often do not sign permanent contracts with employees. During interview they say they are hiring because the project growth, that have a budget and detailed plans for the next year, but then the client applies budget cuts and they don't sign the permanent contract with you. I thought "ok, things happen", but later found similar feedback left in 2022 and 2024.

Should get salary review, but manager changed and they didn't upgrade me.
