The organization is great to work with
No cons as such. Go with the flow.

Worst work culture Do mass hiring and no rentention Puts you on bench the day your project is released and by bench means notice period HR department has no respect for employee, they do mass hiring , they dont know how to talk to employee and no skills what so ever No stability , no work culture

- Strong learning culture - Diverse and international work environment. - Flexible work arrangements, including remote options. - Supportive colleagues and a collaborative atmosphere.
- Career progression can be slow, with limited clarity on promotions. - Benefits could be improved upon. - No teambuilding or similar department-based activities. - Bureaucracy and internal processes can be frustrating at times. - Workload can be unpredictable. - Management communication could be more transparent.
Good for people who get good company and projects
Bad HR management and biased
Senior devops engineer
Diverse environment, different projects in numerous domain areas
There less and less projects lately
A lot of opportunities to get a project
A small amount of benefits.
Qa automation engineer

Work from home is one good thing. on-site possibilities if you have less salary (below 15 LPA)
no much projects for Infra projects. we cannot share a resume by ourself portal will create own resume by your inputs and current job profile which is very odd. once project complete, they won't offer anything and Stright away your notice period will start.
You can work remote (work from home)
salary increases are postponed from one year to the next
Qa engineer

Junior software developer
Very easy and not demanding job
Lack of growth possibilities in scope of the project/company
The paycheck will cover your basic needs
Every single aspect from management to job security
1. Exposure to different banking/fintech projects. 2. Opportunities to learn while on client assignments.
1. Salary hikes promised (at least 7% yearly) never materialized — in 3 years not a single increment was given. 2. Job stability was marketed as a strength due to having multiple global clients, but when I was laid off after 3 years, I wasn’t even given a chance to be moved to another client/project. 3. Lack of transparency and support from management when it came to career growth or retention.
Consultant

Quality work Good clients Fully remote work
Work happens in silos, you dont get to know the company, just your team. Some managers think they are a know-all and everyone is beneath them. Not the company's fault, the individuals need to be more open to feedback though. No merit increments for 2 years now.
Lead support engineer
