team building and managers don't interact much as we all involved more on client project

Lot of cons : They hire alot , a ton of people without assured project They dont know how to grab a project may be thats why they have limited project They hire people outside of the country and then after three months terminate the contract They terminate the contract once the baby is born (For pregnant ladies) simply they refuse to give prolongation contract

Weak work pipeline due to less customer base in ANZ

Nobody cares once you are off the project (due to Client's cost/project downsizing). Talent scouting team is a complete joke (especially the people taking care of Canada region) Zero support from any people HR. Nothing in the name of bonus - Got Bonus once in a span of 3 years (only coz I was an outstanding resource and was recommended by them over emails) I had to personally give the scouting team with roles and follow-up with him (more than 10 times on each role) to get status.
