Workload and you have to work independently without Exec or Officer to assist you. One project for one person with no backup.

Kroni common among here, u need to kipas the officer..some of the officer pro,most of them not...(from catering diploma also have). Oders can be change in blink of eye

Salary Payment & Career Potential

Management here year after year getting worst especially General Manager and above..not to mention our Board of Director...they just attend the meeting and getting their allowance..each meeting allowance cost a fortune.

Traditional working method for the employee

Too much politics within senior leadership and toxic environment which leads many to leave the company. High attrition rate is normal among senior management team.

The inter-department comm/relationship is a bit lacking, almost a silo work culture especially with other subsidiaries. You have to really chase it if you want things done

Limited exposure to diversified deals

Not many option for cafe/restaurant within the office area.

HR management was not well managed, staff transfers between departments are quite frequent. salary are okay but quite lower compare with others GLC

Too many hierarchy And to please a lot of ppl. Too many unnecessary cost spending

Need to transform faster to be at par with the digital era
