Too much politics in the management

Change to new management.yet to know the performance, lately not received good bonus.

I have nothing to say about cons

Hierarchy structure causing slow decision making

A lot of issues related to legacy, being a government linked company. Politics can be troublesome, probably slightly worse compared to other places.

Quite secluded from city but manageable.

But i need new experience

fair in performance assessment and appreciate the staff

Too many internal interventions from different team (silo)

red tapes, approvals on so many layers, and salary not reviewed for the past 5 years or more so it's low compared to the market.

No career growth due to competition

No other benefits except medical

Quite dizzy for a newcomer for the place

High office politics and favoritism

Distance from Klang Valley, affecting commute time and cost

- No bonus - No increment

salary scheme is quite average

My Head of Division, GM of Corp Comms is one of the longest serving GM. Not a strategic and visionary leader. Unable to adapt with current technology.

short term employment and covid hit us badly

Very slow progression due to seniority based promotions. Severe lack of diversity.

Ample room to be Better

Coming from a MNC company this company feels like I am in the 90 era. The culture, people, working style feel like very backward. I am stressing out as I felt like working in the government company.

Slow and strong resistance to change/innovation. Laid back culture. Bleak career prospect.
