Good working enviroment, office hour working and shift working depend on department, nice company. You will enjoy good working enviroment and techincal expertise if work at KLIA and klia2. Currently in mid of planning to develop Aeropolis at surrounding KLIA.
Change to new management.yet to know the performance, lately not received good bonus.

A lot of issues related to legacy, being a government linked company. Politics can be troublesome, probably slightly worse compared to other places.
