Engineer
Unique aviation industry in Malaysia
Far from Klang Valley or KL city centre
Senior executive
-Good benefit (not sure until when), -good exposure, -unique business environment
-toxic people & environment -hard to get promoted as they practice seniority, not credibility. -rewards talent with more trainings & workshop instead of recognition & promotion. - a lot of red-tape - uncleared instructions often given by the mgt. - a lot of ground staff can't speak English well. - a lot of old people who are lazy & waiting to retired (perhaps bcoz of the good benefits) they reluctant to accept new ideas!
Executive
Good work-life balance Good salaries package Awesome benefits
Have to be super unique if you want to stepping the ladder
Admin-operations
it best because always invited for interview once you apply internal vacancy for upgrading
its hard to growth your career even though many times go for interview (mine was 6 times) but still not get any, I've been working for 8 years.

Facility engineer
You are exposed with many type of discipline and learning difference type of engineering study. Really great place to study and gain experience.
The share of workload are basically hell. You need to properly read your job scope as management will give you work that not related to your work like manager work. Very toxic management. They don't hear your opinion at all. Even if you have work for 4 years.
Unlimited medical benefit Free parking Affordable meal at HQ Learning opportunities
Silo mindset Seniority Airports doesnt really produce products, hence limited experience gained
- Good benefits especially Medical - Good environment with work life balance
- Job scope becoming more and more challenging with the advancement of airport and airline industry - Lots of politics at office
