Far from Klang Valley or KL city centre

-toxic people & environment -hard to get promoted as they practice seniority, not credibility. -rewards talent with more trainings & workshop instead of recognition & promotion. - a lot of red-tape - uncleared instructions often given by the mgt. - a lot of ground staff can't speak English well. - a lot of old people who are lazy & waiting to retired (perhaps bcoz of the good benefits) they reluctant to accept new ideas!

Have to be super unique if you want to stepping the ladder

its hard to growth your career even though many times go for interview (mine was 6 times) but still not get any, I've been working for 8 years.

No proper guide or modules for intern

The share of workload are basically hell. You need to properly read your job scope as management will give you work that not related to your work like manager work. Very toxic management. They don't hear your opinion at all. Even if you have work for 4 years.

Silo mindset Seniority Airports doesnt really produce products,hence limited experience gained
