Large company, executive leadership hit or miss with transparency

Our team is the only team that has 24/7 operations but we are asked follow WOS sched which will make us have our rest days in rotation, whereas, the other teams or the whole company have fixed weekends off. Too many workloads as well with almost little compensation.
