Multimedia artist
First of all, the company is well known internationally and in terms of portfolio experience, you will not be lacking if ever you decide to leave this company. This company is an all rounder and you have an opportunity to change career internally when the opportunity arises. You can take seminars, workshops or training for you to be able to qualify for other open positions within the company. My role here as a Multimedia Artist drastically imp[roved my skills not just in terms of design and application but also my communication skills since we cater and talk to international clients on a daily basis.
One con I can highlight with this company is the compensation and salary growth. I am not sure with other departments/role but within our department, the growth is really stagnant and doesn't really match to the current industry standards. The increase on our salary per year is really mediocre compared to the amount of job that continuously being added to us from time to time. In short, this company is great only for gaining experience and developing skills. Yes this is great company to settle in if you don't mind the slow progress of your career.

Management is flexible and understanding. Office is nice. Workload is manageable.
Not unique to Manulife but upper echelons of management are out of touch with rank and file employees
