The management style transitioned to a more stringent approach.

The mandatory Return to Office policy was deployed without evidence or data of its effectiveness

- Contradictory messaging (external bs internal) - Hypocritical attitude from Senior leadership - Scare tactics from HR - No job security - Very limited growth opportunities
