Work-life balance, and many good and talented colleagues to work with and learn from each other. You can easily make new friends with coworkers from different departments and backgrounds.
One of the teams had a new VP, which changed everything in the engineering culture, they didn't value the MLEs' work properly and the team manager had no ideas about the latest AI technologies and no desire to help the team explore the latest AI domain.
