Could be a lot of projects can come our way, but it is seasonal

Could have more opportunities for training reimbursements

Did not offer a full time remote option after covid, culture felt forced sometimes

Somehow not even workload among teammates

Directionless management Too many ladders from management to ground-level, decisions are not reflective of what is really going on The culture is very divisive, people from different level dont hang together The business is clearly trying to make the numbers for the next quarter and doesn't invest in order to be successful in a few years down the line - the remuneration is decreasing for sales people even though the competition is strong = a lot a turnover and unhappy worker

Competitive , stable working environment.

Because of its desire to change, they are making big choices around spending
