Compensation and benefits are good.
The job I did when I was on board is not what we have discussed during mu application period. Instead of doing automation, I was given manual testing.

Good benefits, great downtown location, reasonable balance of days in and out of office. A lot of really great people work at Manulife so the best part of the job is some of the people you work with.
Frequent management changes and changes in company direction, very top heavy organization and very process driven. Could be more marketing focused.

HMO I guess but even then, their coverage is below the market. Not sure if you can say 2 day WFH is a pro but better than nothing
Where do I even start? 1. Management that completely sucks up to their BU overlords 2. Management that thinks adding additional work on site days is a "WORKING BETTER MODEL" 3. Lagging salary vs market 4. The only way you get promoted is if other people resigns and pray management actually cares about the team. 5. Low quality employees. They're just there because it's better than nothing. So if you want to improve at your job, get away from this company.
