Trouble getting resources for projects

Very political, when you are liked visibility is great, when someone doesn’t like you getting your job done becomes quite difficult.

- Sometimes there is a too traditional distinction between hw and sw teams - Moving teams is not simple

Politics can be a challenge. Some staff who have been around for a long time may not have adapted to the recent changes very well.

Very rapid growth and some processes not catered for large scale yet

a lot of meeting no stop

Long working hours, forced to attend conference calls even during off days or on annual leave. Ridiculous sales target need to meet, they only care about sales and not the employees wellbeing. Forcing employees to make contents using our own social media accounts, no privacy at all. You think we are influencers?

depends on team but some teams are not great to work.

Poor work culture with no respect, typical local company. Many stay in the position too long, especially HODs usually dominated by male

Fast pace industry if you can handle it should be no problem

Difficult to apply leave and career growth seems to be slow

Office canteen is very small

Not suitable for a low energy person.
