Big workload and deadlines I think

I found none particularly .

a little bit politics, budget is tight, salary could be tuned higher in general.

need more engineers to keep up with R&D demand

Limited hangouts and fun with team members.

messy process, teams working in silo, poor bonus, very little vocation

Long work hours. Can be difficult to advance.

I can’t imagine any cons that I encountered

- Remote office location at ChaiChee lane

- weekly time sheets and work summaries - git is terribly implemented - mixing large file support and sparse checkouts - two newish features at this time - often break commits - the deployment of JIRA is ponderous

It is not conducive for newcomers to stay in one job position for a long time.

The politics can be frustrating also IT sucks

Hardly if any, balance between work and personal life. One tends to stay in the office past working hours and into your off-days. Too much focus on Customers, employee welfare is not a priority.

some restrictions to move to other departments after more than 3 years. Some departments dont have work life balance

Like all tech companies, it is always high pace work. Weekend work is sometimes required

Tantrums, yelling, punching tables, and harassment by Finance management is just kind of daily life here. They think the more they bully employees, the faster work will be done. Using the term "war room" to refer to a recurring finance meeting is a weird wanna be move.

Always pressing onwards leaving a wake of never to finish TODOs, Short staffed in many departments and experiencing growing pains, Culture as a selling point over compensation (especially rsus)

Big organizations also mean that sometimes you have to keep up with your supervisor/mentor to take on more responsibilities.

Management team can be more supportive

Pressure during closing every month

Remote work has slowly removed some of the collaborative natur of the job

The interns can be given more work to be done.
