Engineering co-op
Great Life-work balance. Manager cared for interns to a point where the manger made sure I wasn't wasting my sick leave on a company-wide holiday and to take advantage of the policies.
Maybe a little low compensation.
great company to work in new tech
no long term job commitment
Software engineer ii
amicable leadership and homey team
work from home onboarding is difficulkt
In the team everyone is friendly and ready to help when you are stuck and there are cultural activities and sports competition. Timings are flexible.
I haven't found any cons regarding working in the organisation.
Senior design verification engineer
good life balance and culture
work remotely, barely see teammates
Great benefits (phone, broadband, flexible benefits) , but only once you make it as a manager as they get a car allowance, parking allowance and device allowance (2 years once). Also, plenty of training courses available. The staff are friendly, if a little cold at first.
Parking in Plaza Sentral and Menara Maxis offices is a nightmare. Lots of bureaucracy, paperwork and procedures that don't make sense - some Implementers just follow 'because it's the process'. No corporate values.
