Toxic Leaders in power. Worst experience of my entire career. Underpaid and over worked.

No innovative ideas to work. Same old tasks assigned for freshers to a any senior at all level including management .nothing more to say about.

organisation hierarchy can be confusing, result in inefficient job

few manager don't like North Indian so they will give very less hike and bonus to them.

-> Salary is averagely on the lowerside for the industry -> There's less vacation holidays and sick days compared to other compaines.

Long hours, lack of direction, siloed, no work/life balance

Maxis culture had changed from what it was in the past. In the past it had a very good people oriented culture but around the time I left it had changed drastically. Very low morale among staff No career progression - many people stagnant at the same level even when they performed well. No promotions in many years. No work life balance Heavy work load resulting in late days. Very stretched unrealistic targets.

Salary less when compared to Other teams

Doesn't always use most up to date best practices for SWE
