At Motorola, we are introduced to a session of On Boarding very organized. it Was my first time that I finished the Onboarding day, with my computer, e-mail and access working!!! The TI presentation was fantastic. In the Interview, also I was guided and the process was super objective and direct, all meeting appointment was done on time!
I missed a Coffee Break for the first day.... Since a friend and I went to took some coffee in the machine, and in the same time, there were some customer doing training, and the receptionist told me to not take coffee in the machine in the hall together with them ... it was my first time, and nobody told me about it... so I asked apologize to her, she was so polite, and said No worries... "after they get a coffee you can get yours.." only it... ;-)
