Large Organization: As a global company, Motorola Solutions can be bureaucratic, with complex decision-making processes and potentially slower approval cycles.

Too many old timers that wont give up their spot. Fresh minds are good but old minds that do the same old things are bad.

Lower pay than other companies in the industry

Just like any other large / enterprise business, things can take a bit longer due to having to go through several departments. Granted, I've seen a lot of flexibility for creative solutions to ensure we take care of the customer.

Since working 5 years at this company and handle 6 NPI project, still not exceed above expectation. To many documentation need to prepared, at the same time need to do designing and testing.

One general broadcast demanded my startup tasks to be completed. The presention to me was they appeared to not be done. This broadcast concerned my new manager. If my tasks are complete, I'd prefer to be omitted from such a broad deadline demand with serious lockout consequences if not done. These were done and my local IT reviewed my system to verify all my security was in place. I did not need this repeated notification. What would be helpful would be to highlight what might of been missed and if nothing was missed, do not send such an alert.

this company use Outdated technologies

Constant acquisitions of other companies leads to layoffs to consolidate teams that are doing the same thing, management is lazy, just another replaceable cog in a wheel

Not a lot of growth for other type of skills
