Be careful who you trust there, some people are envious and jealous on the sales teams and racist in my experience. Keep your successes out side of your current team to yourself.

No real way to progress/promote, Training overkill, Salary stagnation, Lack of clarity or involvement from leadership

Although the travel requirements can be excessive, they are manageable through effective scheduling.

Career progression is slow. Facilities is underwhelming for a MNC. Gym closing down, cafeteria is selling low quality food, nothing too exciting about coming to work.

Low pay, hybrid work downtown,

Operation was closed and moved to a third party provider

Management, false promises and if you are on a team that will hold you back this will happen a lot

Frequent org/team changes can be disruptive. Over-reliance on low-skilled, high-turnover contractors. Concerning crisis reactions (e.g., merit freeze, worrisome talk about returning to office).
